Let’s Work Together
We are a Panamanian non-profit organization that works with diverse communities in Brooklyn, N.Y., offering our recreational arts programs, sharing our marching band culture, and using music as a bridge of inspiration.

Join the Challenge

We have the challenge of reaching more young people in the community by offering them the opportunity to participate in our programs by 2025, which represents an estimated $50,000 in expenses for instruments, transportation, lunches, among others.
We challenge you to join our effort and be part of the change in our community by entering your donation that will help us reach our goal.
Your Support
It will allow us to create a system of scholarships, which will help us cover the costs of instruments, workshops, uniforms, transportation, food and studies directed by professional teachers, and develop a musical cultural exchange, which helps to reduce the social risk that exists between the low-income communities.

How your support will make a difference?
Marching Band Program
Each year our organization offers recreational music arts programs. We offer instruction in the Marching Band instruments Drums, Xhilophone, Bugles, Cornets, Cymbals. We prepare each instrument section for a final performance each season of the year. These programs are aimed at more than 150 low-income youth per year. And with your support we make this project a reality.

Instruments
One of the main tools to reach the youth of the community are the instruments of the music band.
We teach youth from the community to play the Bugle, Lyra, Snare drum, Tenor drum, cymbals, Bass drum. We also have sections that use Twirls stick and Major Drum stick. With your donation we will make possible the purchase and maintenance of the instruments and tools that each participating member of the Band needs.
Transportation
Mobilization is an important resource that our participating youth, children and families need to reach all the communities in NYC and in the states where we have presentations. Our internal mobilization in NYC involves buses that make it easy for us to load the instruments and guarantee the members a safe trip to presentations.
Among other important trips where we represent the Panamanian community in NYC, we can mention trips to New Jersey, Atlanta, California, etc.

Meals & Snack
During practices and performances we provide healthy meals and snacks to participating members who attend our programs each week. You can contribute by sending your donation to our account and we also receive water, juices, hydrating drinks, granolas, cookies, chips.
Uniforms
The joy and showiness of our sections are a detail of passion and energy that are revealed in our costumes in each presentation, our formality, elegance and color allow us to convey the message of joy to the community that witnesses our fashion shows, for each section the costumes It is totally necessary and many times it is an investment beyond the reach of our children and young people. With your donation you can help us achieve a beautiful display of elegance and tradition in our marching band.

Trips
One of the main tools to make this possible are the marching band instruments used by the youth participants. With your donation we will make possible the purchase and maintenance of the Band's instruments. Here you can see the instruments we use for each section of the band.
Empowered Generation Program
We want to prepare our young people to serve their community in the future by providing them with training and advice that allows them to share their talent and encourage them to be leaders and teachers of the little ones and thus plant a seed that will always be present in our community.
